Return and Exchange Policy
Returns: Our satisfaction guaranteed policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, except for reason of defective workmanship. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, with the original packaging. Opening the packaging does not void the warranty. Prior to approving a refund or exchange, we must be able to validate your purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), i.e.,any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, returned more than 30 days after date of purchase, or for reasons beyond our control.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notice if the return is rejected, and the reason. We will offer to return the item back to you at our expense (up to 10 oz per unit) via first class USPS, in these cases. If the return is approved upon inspection of the returned unit, we will refund or exchange it at our expense, including first class USPS shipping. If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within five business days. The actual timing of your refund can depend on your credit card company or Paypal.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable): You can return the product for any reason, but beyond 30 days, only workmanship or quality defects apply. If you want to request a direct exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your phone number and order information. We will reply to your e-mail with return authorization and a downloadable postage label.
Returns over 30 days from date of purchase: To return your product after the 30 day warranty period, please mail to: Pacific-Cornetta 9400 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, STE 166, Attn: Returns, Beaverton, OR 97005. Please include your telephone number and order information, along with your reason for return. We will evaluate each problem case by case. Though we are not obligated to replace your unit, we may (or may not), depending on the specifics of that purchase and the nature of the issue. For purchases made in the past 30 days from the United States, return shipping will be paid by Pacific-Cornetta, up to 10oz per unit returned, via USPS only. Purchases specifying overnight shipping will be postage prepaid for return via USPS only, as above.
Depending on where you live in the United States, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
